Time to hit Pause.
I've got a lot of over time to work the next month or so, and as such I won't be getting a lot done I'm guessing. Although for days that I don't work, I will be fully concentrating, but I'm just going to try and not get burned out on things.
I started working on the GUI for the engine this week. I didn't make a whole lot of head way and I still need to finish the other two systems previously started, but the GUI will tie into both of them, and it seemed like the logical next step at the time.
It's a pretty standard GUI, the only somewhat different thing is I'm planning on making it adaptable via python scripting, which is yet another system I need to finish.
I really need to take some time over the next few weeks and re-asses things for the engine once again, get things back on track with a plan of attack, before they get too out of control. Make a detailed plan of action but before that, I'm going to play some Team Fortress 2.
